Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Only items that are damaged or defective during shipping are eligible for a return.

  • You must provide video proof of opening the parcel, showing the condition of the item upon arrival.

  • Returns without video proof cannot be accepted.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the item.

  2. Provide your order number, photos, and video proof of the damaged item.

  3. Our team will review your submission and, if approved, provide instructions for the return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing time may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notes

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling after delivery, or without proper video proof are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Please handle the packaging carefully when recording the video proof to ensure smooth processing.
